Delivery terms and return policy

We take your rights seriously and do all we can to offer the best quality, service and price for you. It is important for you to be informed and that you know what you can expect of us. The conditions below give you the possibility to be informed in detail when you like to order via our web shop. If you surf in our site you accept and respect our rules, conditions and copyright for the use of the site and the products in our webshop.
Price
All prices in the webshop are including VAT and exclusive cost of shipment. We handle different prices which are matched on rarity and quantity of stock. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. We reserve the right to change the prices if necessary.
Discount
For some articles we offer a discount of 33.3%. When discount is applied it is shown in the "more info" section or in the checkout column "discount". This discount is also valid for multiples of 3. We offer additonal discount for orders of 50 pieces or more. Please contact us for inquiries.
Payment
We accept a wide range of payments including banktransfer (SEPA payment within Europe), credit- or debetcard payment, Paypal and much more. All our payments are processed and secured by Mollie B.V., this platform is responsible for the payment traffic between you and our webshops.
Delivery
All goods are sent by PostNL. Our economy shipping service contains a trackable letterbox packet send by mail. You can also select our parcel, a trackable and insured shipment. This service contains a box and is a usually faster and more secure. All shipments are processed and send with costumer declaration including packinglist and invoice.

You can track your shipment via postnl.nl/track-and-trace,
Please fill in the tracking number without spaces, for example UZ04121958NL.
This tracking number is send to you in the order confirmation email. Check your spamfolder if not recieved.
Returns
All standard products bought on this webshop can be returned within 14 days without given reason.
If the products are not correct supplied, damaged or if you did order a wrong article you have the right to return within 30 days after purchase.
The shipping fees for returning the products are paid by the costumer and are not refundable.
Sending back the product
Please inform us when you want to cancel your purchase. We will give you instructions and provide you with the address for the return.
Refund
All standard goods bought on this webshop are, according to our return policy, covered with a full refund of the purchase price.
After the returned products are received a credit invoice will be made and the purchase price will be refunded within 5 days.
We do not refund the costs of the shipment unless otherwise agreed.
